What is Mandi’s Special Sauce?

Special Sauce, noun: a practice that makes something or someone successful or distinctive (eh hem: this girl)

I’M LEGIT: I have the credentials (Registered Dietitian), professional experience (15+ years in weight management and wellness), and personal experience (I’ve lost and maintained 50 lbs) to back it up. If you value working with an experienced professional who personally gets the struggle, you are in the right place.

Other Coaches: promote flashy personal success stories or read one nutrition book. they are mostly Unqualified without any formal, accredited schooling, credentials, or professional experience offering B.S. restrictive nutrition plans and putting people health at risk.

NOTHING COOKIE CUTTER HERE: I work as your partner and coach, to build a personalized nutrition and lifestyle program based on your individual needs, current lifestyle and goals. No two plans are alike because no two individuals are alike.

Other Coaches: promote a one size fits all program for their ‘customers’ (i hate that word). it’s a plug and play program that is sent to the masses. Let me ask? Has that ever worked in the past for you and resulted in lasting success? Btw if it hasn’t, you aren’t alone and it’s not your fault.

THERE IS NO RULE BOOK: You won’t find any of those ‘un’magical lists of good vs. bad foods or eat these foods but not those. I believe and know that sustainable results happen when you don’t limit or restrict the foods you love. I don’t encourage anything I would not or don’t follow myself.

Other Coaches: provide lists of foods or diet rules that are forbidden. leaving their clients feeling restricted, deprived and guilty for wanting the things they can’t have.

 

NO WEEKLY MEAL PLANS: I don’t spell out exactly what you need to eat, purchase or make every day. I teach you the tools and skills to personalize your meals and navigate your days to get results and have lasting, long term success. Let’s face it, those meal plans are so inflexible and are rarely used beyond one week. Wouldn’t you rather be armed with the knowledge to command your day like a boss?

Other Coaches: meal plans that sit in your inbox waiting to be printed or still leave you with questions on what to do if you don’t like a meal suggested or how to navigate an impromptu work meeting.

 

NO HANGER HERE: Your weight loss journey does not have to feel painful or leave you hungry and starving. My method, along with the tools and skills you learn, will leave you feeling full, satisfied and seeing results - that last.

Other Coaches: TYPICAL LOW CAL DIETS THAT PRESCRIBE EVERYONE 1000-1200 CALORIES PER DAY AND LEAVE YOU FEELING HANGRY, IRRITABLE, AND SLUGGISH. THAT SHIT ISN’T SUSTAINABLE FOR THE LONG TERM AND FUELS THE YO-YO CYCLE.

I’m not just another online Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Coach. I am a realist. And, I believe that living healthfully and weighing what you want should never feel guilty. That's why I work as your guide and partner to create a unique and personalized roadmap that helps you nourish your body, lose weight and body fat and achieve your goals, in a long-lasting way, without restrictive dieting or rules. I’m here to help empower and guide you on your journey to successfully losing weight and unleashing that inner confidence that is just waiting for the spark to ignite it.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege to watch millions of women (and men) across the country create healthier lives through my online coaching programs and previous role as Director of Innovation & Research at a national weight management company.
